Hi everyone! My name is Sid Francisco, Im 32 years old with almost 7 years of BPO Healthcare account experienced. I started my career around 2018 in Optum Global Solutions as a Prior Authorization Technician, On 2021, I was a Clinical Nurse Reviewer in Access Healthcare, We are doing Clinical review using Athena Health and initiating prior authorization of outpatient procedure or inpatient admission via portal, fax, and outbound nurse to nurse call, and late 2021, I started my career with Conifer Health Solutions, I am a clinical appeals nurse and we are validating claims, revenue codes, cpt codes, icd10 codes, and verifying if it is being denied clinically and if doing clinical review using the national criteria InterQual and MCG as our guide to verify if the account can be overturned by appeals process. We are doing until the payer exhausted the appeals process. That’s all of my experience and looking forward hearing from you and hoping I can be your VA!
