I have worked as a hotel receptionist and have a strong and unique experience in customer service and handling administrative tasks. My responsibilities were as follows but not limited to handling calls, verifying agendas and information, handling and addressing inquiries and concerns, processing payments and invoicing, executing administrative duties including filing, organizing, and receiving shipments/deliveries and updating databases. I was also responsible for communication between internal and external parties and managing other administrative duties as assigned. This experience helped me gain transferable skills that would be useful in the role I am applying for. My work experience has enabled me to develop strong skills in customer service, communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, technology proficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.
