Hi, my name is Todd. I am from the Philippines, I am currently looking for an opportunity to apply the learnings that I have gained in the past 6 years working as a virtual assistant. I am a well-rounded executive assistant with considerable experience in human resources, administrative support, and project management. I managed the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing essential files to ensure smooth and efficient operations. In my role as HR at 360SUMMITS, an online event similar to podcasting about health, lifestyle, wellness, business, and many more, I successfully managed several projects that involved building entire teams from the ground up. This also includes overseeing all moving parts of the recruitment process, hiring, and onboarding. Further, in my recruitment role at Eperformax, a contact center and BPO, as a front desk recruiter, I handle calls and inquiries efficiently, conducting interviews with up to 80 applicants daily, including phone screenings and walk-ins. I spearhead the first-day orientation for new hires, follow up with calls, schedule appointments, and screen over 1,000 potential applicants monthly for leading companies such as PayPal, Shopee, eBay, and T-Mobile in the United States.

Also, my first job is as a customer service representative for Transcom, which supports Comcast, one of the biggest providers of phone, cable, and internet in the United States. I managed billing payments, created e-tickets for missing payments, updated the bank and credit card information of the clients, and built strong customer relationships by advising them on how to save on their bills. I am adept at troubleshooting phone, cable, and internet issues and dispatching onsite technicians as needed.
