About the Candidate
I worked as a Customer Experience Ambassador and Administrator in my previous job. I handled chats and emails, and then I also handled admin tasks such as inventory management, logistics management, warehouse management, data reporting/analysis/entry, and spiel/macro writing. My job as a Customer Experience Ambassador is to create or leave a long-lasting positive experience for our customers, resulting in returning and loyal customers as a bond or connection is created. This kind of connection can be made by making sure that an efficient, outstanding, and accurate service is provided. As an administrator, I ensure inventory is updated daily as other departments such as the marketing team depend on it. Logistics/shipping, making sure that packages are delivered on time, and if not, replacements are reshipped ASAP. Warehouse management, making sure that orders are being processed properly and are sent out on time. Data reporting/analysis/entry is the ‘voice of the customer’. This is where the whole department bases what new products to launch or to put back in stock. Spiel/macro writing, this task showcases my creativity, problem-solving skills, and how I can emotionally connect with my customers. I am also proficient in using Zendesk, Slack, GSuite, MS Office, Notion, Shopify, and Shiphero.
