Eve Margreth D. Laurel

I worked at IHG as a Hotel reservation Specialist. This role helped me a lot on shaping my understanding in catering not only NA regions but also South Pacific Region and Oceana Region. It also helmed me develop my customer service skills and become comfortable and confident with my work.

I am currently working in Concentrix as a Technical Support Agent. I’ve been here for almost Three years now. My responsibilities includes assisting customers requests but most often troubleshooting devices. I love the ability to be able to assist them with their need and also teaching them things about their phones or other technology.

I became an Event’s Intern for two months as I learned more on how events work and how important coordination with all the other departments were to be able to create an amazing event. I learned a lot on this internship it thought me on how to handle suppressing situations and to be able to confidently coordinate with clients and discussing Event details.
