About the Candidate

I am currently working in Concentrix as a Technical Support Agent. I’ve been here for almost Three years now. My responsibilities includes assisting customers requests but most often troubleshooting devices. I love the ability to be able to assist them with their need and also teaching them things about their phones or other technology.
Before working at Concentrix I worked at IHG as a Hotel reservation Specialist. This role helped me a lot on shaping my understanding in catering not only NA regions but also South Pacific Region and Oceana Region. It also helmed me develop my customer service skills and become comfortable and confident with my work.

I am looking to further develop my skills and I am interested on applying as a Virtual assistant. Outside of work I like playing on my computer and in which helps me as well on being more proficient on it.
