Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their design needs, objectives, and target audience.

* Create visually captivating and professional designs, including logos, brand identity materials, brand books, social media campaigns, and marketing collateral.

* Develop a deep understanding of client brand guidelines and ensure that all design work aligns with their visual identity and brand values.

* Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and Illustrator to design and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and images for print and digital platforms.

* Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices, ensuring that all designs are fresh, innovative, and visually appealing.

* Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute engaging social media campaigns and marketing materials.

* Provide accurate time estimates and deliver projects within agreed-upon deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.

* Respond to client and team communication promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining clear lines of communication throughout projects.

* Preferred, but not 100% required: Utilize 3D rendering software and techniques to create realistic and impactful visual representations (if experienced in 3D rendering)

 

Requirements:

* Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, with a focus on logos, brand identity, package design, social media campaigns, and marketing materials.

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and Illustrator, with a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

* Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.

* Familiarity with 3D rendering software is preferred but not required.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Proficiency in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Rate is $7-$9 per hour depending on experience
