Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking one (1) experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) that will be handling our Dealers division. This opportunity is a one-man team and requires customer service and sales experience in a B2B sales environment. The majority of incoming calls will involve order entry, order follow-ups and returns/exchange concerns.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11pm – 8am MNL Time
– This is a full-time position. You will be regularized after 3 months. PTO will be open after your 3rd month. You will also get paid time-off during Federal US holidays.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
– English Proficiency
– Personable, highly service-oriented
– High attention to detail, quick learner, and a good communicator
– Agile, energetic & resourceful
– Basic skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Strong time management skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks (Call and Chat / Call and Email simultaneously)
– Foster positive and lasting relationships with each of our wholesale partners
Important Requirements:
– High-speed Internet / Back-up Internet connection
– Back-up power for Business Continuity purposes
– No other projects during the scheduled work shift
– No attendance infractions (lates, absences)
– We also need to whitelist your public IP address in order to access certain sites required for work. A dedicated public IP is needed using a VPN connection or through your ISP in which you may need to upgrade your ISP account to a Business plan. We will not shoulder this expense.
