Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contractor Marketing Assistant to develop a robust 3-6 month social media marketing plan for 3Phase Networking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive leads through social media channels.

 

Responsibilities:

– Conduct research and analysis to understand our target audience, competitors, and industry trends.

– Develop a comprehensive social media marketing plan outlining objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs for the next 3-6 months.

– Create a content calendar with engaging and relevant content ideas for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

– Implement strategies to increase our social media following, engagement, and reach.

– Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and videos for social media posts.

– Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

– Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the social media marketing plan to the management team.

 

Requirements:

– Proven experience in developing social media marketing plans and strategies.

– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

– Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.

– Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

– Previous experience in the technology or B2B industry is a plus.

 

Duration: 1 Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
