We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our Founder & CEO. This position is pivotal for ensuring smooth operations within our fast-paced environment and requires a blend of administrative prowess, digital fluency, and exceptional communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zoom Meeting Mastery: Efficiently manage and schedule Zoom meetings, ensuring seamless communication channels for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and staff, creating welcoming and informative experiences that set the stage for success.
  • Social Media Savvy: Oversee and manage social media accounts, crafting engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Superior Communication: Act as the central hub for communication management, streamlining interactions and maintaining high levels of clarity and organization.
  • Marketing and Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support for various marketing, administrative, and organizational tasks directly impacting the CEO’s initiatives.
  • Proactive Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, demonstrating impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Data Entry Diligence: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, supporting the operational efficiency of our business.
  • Executive Leadership Support: Offer dedicated assistance to Executive Leadership, primarily focusing on the CEO, adapting to a wide range of tasks and requirements.
  • Meeting Minutes & Note-Taking: Capture critical information during meetings, providing detailed reports that contribute to informed decision-making.
