Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a masterful problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive’s office, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across the organization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings. Ensure follow-up on action items and manage meeting logistics.

Project Management: Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives. Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

Information Management: Maintain confidential files and records. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and team-building activities.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment. Liaise with vendors and service providers.

 

Job Type:

  • Full-Time
  • Pay: Based on experience – $5-$7/ based on experience
  • 7:30am-3pm MST
