We’re passionate about connecting people and are experts at navigating sales and purchases. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales/Leads Representative who can drive results and build strong relationships with our clients

Position: Sales/Leads Representative (Outbound Call)

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Relations: Identify prospective vendors, establish communication, and showcase our comprehensive range of services, including:
  • Boat Insurance
  • Marine Warranty
  • Financing
  • Registration
  • PPSR
  • Trades
  • Organising Shipping
  • Organising Upgrades/Repairs
  • Seaworthy Inspections
  • And more…
• Buyer Engagement: Reach out to prospective buyers, highlight boats listed on our platforms, and offer additional services such as financing, marine warranties, repairs, PPSR, registration, insurance, and more.
• Lead Generation
• Admin Support: Provide backup support to the admin team when needed, including creating contracts and handling essential documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales/lead generation
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
• Has a bubbly attitude and easy-to-build relationships with the customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and familiar with Google Suite.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and provide admin support when necessary.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with others.
• Able to follow company rules and regulations while also being proactive in sharing ideas for business improvement.
• Committed to self-growth, eager to learn, and teachable.
