About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative position will be responsible for setting up appointments with prospective clients and potential participants for our thought leadership programs targeting sales and marketing leaders working at cloud-based technology companies in the US. These programs involve video interviews and webinars. You will work closely with our company’s management team to manage the pipeline to generate appointments. You will be part of our team of sales and marketing professionals based in the Philippines.

 

The ideal candidate for this role possesses:

-2+ years of experience in scheduling appointments with marketing decision-makers in the US.

-Effective written skills adaptable, including the ability to personalize messages

-Exceptional English-speaking skills.

-Skilled at using multi-channels such as emails, phone and social media for engagement

-Expert at using LinkedIn to communicate with prospects

-Understanding or education in business-to-business marketing

-Experience using sales automation tools such as Outrech.io,

-Engage.io and Dripify.io.

 

Responsibilities include:

-Conducting a multi-channel approach using sales tools to set up appointments.

-Nurturing prospects through LinkedIn, phone outreach, and emails.

-Qualify candidates based on their personal expertise and qualify the companies they work for using pre-determined qualification criteria.

-Use various AI sales tools to engage with prospects (training to be provided)

 

Compensation:

$5 per hour (negotiable) plus $400-$800 commission per month.
