Hi. I have been in the Customer Support field even before I started real work, I was a working student. I was in the BPO industry for more than 3 years in Customer support. I have been in the Virtual world for more than 3 years now, mainly in the Real Estate Industry as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Support.
