Role: Full Time VA with Bookkeeping Experience (Remote)

Are you a detail-oriented admin professional with bookkeeping experience?

We’re looking for someone just like YOU to join our growing team and support a Project/General Manager within the construction industry! If you have a passion for keeping things organized and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Assist in keeping projects on track, from documentation to scheduling, and everything in between.
  • Bookkeeping: Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure everything is billed on time.
  • General Administration: Handle day-to-day admin tasks and ensure processes are running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bookkeeping skills and experience
  • Solid administrative support background
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and keep things organized
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
