Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write SEO optimized blog posts
  • Write SEO optimized for website
  • Social media management
  • Manage and send marketing emails
  • Update advertising/marketing channels on a regular schedule
  • Create and send networking, advertising, marketing and social media reports to the CEO

 

Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and create a storage/retrieval system for all SOPs, maintain an update them on a schedule
  • Create meetings, meeting notes for all of our past travel and entertainment expenses.
  • Transcribe regular meeting notes
  • Research and plan travel
  • Manage CEO’s calendar

 

Key Qualifications include the following:

  • 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • 2-3 years Virtual Assistant experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to navigate the internet well and be able to search for answers when needed
  • Intermediate skill level with Google Docs, Excel, Word, Outlook, Project Management software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Exceptionally Efficient- They should know how to work quickly and prioritize so that their tasks are completed within allotted hours.
  • Reliability/Independent Thinking- They should reliably be able to get their tasks done, on time, with little direction.
  • Accurate reporting skills paired with the ability to understand the data that is collected and recognize trends, address possible issues and analyze results.
  • Able to evaluate and report on workload

Schedule:

Central Daylight Time – Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
