As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives. – Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to plan, execute, and track integrated marketing initiatives across various channels.
– Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoominfo) to create, schedule, and monitor email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automated processes.
– Oversee the development and management of the editorial calendar, coordinating content creation, publication, and distribution efforts.
– Support data hygiene and database management efforts to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information.
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating insights to improve effectiveness and overall marketing strategies.
– Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support campaigns and initiatives.
– Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing programs and ensure timely delivery of assets.
– Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize website performance, SEO, and other online initiatives.
– Contribute to the implementation of marketing technology solutions, identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
– Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance marketing operations.
– Assists in data analysis, reporting, and generating insights for marketing strategies
– Supports the marketing operations team by managing project timelines, tasks, and resources.
– Creates, schedules, and monitors email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automated processes.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, or related roles.
Proficiency in marketing technologies; automation (Zoominfo, Mailchimp, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), Social Media Management (Buffer) and CRM (Zoho CRM).
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
– Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
