Marketing & Customer Support VA

We are looking for high-potential, versatile talents to join our team in a multi-functional growth role. You will support three critical areas: Marketing, Presales, and Customer Projects. This is not a siloed position — you will gain broad exposure across the entire customer journey, from awareness to successful AI implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Assist in content creation, social media management, and lead generation campaigns
• Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and thought-leadership content
• Help organize webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives

Presales Activities

• Work closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and demos
• Conduct initial customer qualification and needs analysis
• Support the creation of compelling value propositions for AI solutions

Customer Project Support

• Coordinate and support AI implementation projects for clients
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams
• Monitor project progress, handle communications, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement

 

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) — mandatory
• Strong professional presence and communication skills (comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers)
• High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup
• Quick learner with a genuine interest in AI, digital transformation, and technology
• Previous experience in marketing, presales, project coordination, or customer success is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields preferred
