RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate sales lead prospects.

Generate leads from attended conferences and events (Onsite and Virtual)
Generate Leads & assist with external marketing:
Working with Sales team and leverage different list i.e., salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, SIA, ASA etc. to target prospects.
Collect Intel from the generated leads from events and enter details into CRM
Work with Marketing team to build marketing lists to ensure the appropriate target audience
Campaign communications to stakeholders
Work with digital marketing team to study data i.e., email marketing, social media reports to enable appropriate audience targeting
Work with sales team to conduct outreach as needed
Generate weekly & monthly lead reports from various forums leveraged by firm
Gain client marketing usage approvals and load all current and new client logos on Rangam websites
Partner with the sales team to identify new and current clients/potential targets for conferences/events
Attend meetings and training sessions as directed by management
Qualify and take notes regarding potential client interest, for sales to follow up

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in Sales lead generation and management
Experience with CRM systems
Advanced knowledge of lead generation through social media and email marketing
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to “sell the appointment”
Able to quickly build a rapport with business owners
Positive attitude with high energy level.
Resilient and tenacious.
Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite, familiarity CRM systems and the ability to navigate the internet (bookmark web pages, send and receive emails, perform Google searches).
Coachable and willing to learn and adhere to proprietary Rangam sales techniques.
