Virtual Assistant

We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English-language skills to join our team.

𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

• Excellent English-language skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)

• A history of great teamwork

• Strong customer-handling skills

• Able to work during USA business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• You will assist our clients with change requests to their websites.

• This may include speaking with clients on the phone.

• You may also handle making minor changes to their websites yourself (training is provided).

• You may answer phones from potential clients, scheduling them for appointments to speak to a web designer.

• You could handle some accounting/bookkeeping work (training is provided).

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:

• Base pay ₱7,363 per week plus night differential (=₱8,100/wk.)

• Weekly incentive pay (₱1,000 to ₱3,500 per week)

• Pay is received every Friday

• Very stable work
