We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

As a Virtual Assistant Professional, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the utmost customer support and experience to our valued clients.

• Edit short video clips for posting on Instagram, Youtube shorts, and Tik Tok
• Create and design email campaigns to showcase properties for sale
• Edit and design photos for social media
• Advertising and marketing of the property through email, postcard, and social media design
• Social media paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube
• Gather reports of campaign performance and compile in a presentable way
• Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
• Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
• Effectively represents Emerald Group’s core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
• Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
• Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.

Pay: Starting at USD $4/hour with ability to increase pay after 3 months, paid weekly
