Position Summary:

As an Amazon Content & Listing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and purchasing departments, offering comprehensive vendor support on various third-party marketplaces, including Amazon.com and Walmart.com. Your contributions will include:

  • Crafting persuasive presentation materials for new and existing vendors
  • Conducting thorough keyword and SEO research, providing data-driven insights for suggested product copy enhancements
  • Updating listing content, incorporating attributes, images, copy, and A+ content
  • Providing valuable market analysis data for product research

 

Responsibilities:

We expect the successful candidate to complete all assigned tasks and updates promptly, adhering to vendor requirements and deadlines. This includes creatively rewording existing product information from vendors and strategically incorporating extensively researched keywords and phrases to optimize product visibility on the platform. Additionally, you will monitor and manage listings requiring attribute updates to ensure their sustained presence and communicate with seller support to reinstate any incorrectly removed listings.

 

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
  • Outstanding written and spoken English language skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in creating compelling copy and creative briefs for Amazon listings, including listing images and A+ creative briefs
  • Professional experience in content writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Proficiency in image editing or graphic design is advantageous but not obligatory

 

Additional Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should possess prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, showcasing adept skills in Amazon listing editing, updating, and troubleshooting. This includes the ability to navigate and efficiently use all aspects of the Seller Central platform, including backend edits, flat file uploads, Seller Support content recommendations, and case management.
  • Familiarity with resolving SKU errors, such as stranded inventory, suppressed listings, inactive listings, restricted products, product authenticity, and product condition complaints, is indispensable.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Amazon SEO, search term indexing, and keyword research, alongside experience using third-party
  • Amazon seller software for product research.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Brand Registry suite, encompassing brand landing page creation and design, A+ Content creation, A/B testing proficiency, brand ad campaigns, and Brand Registry Seller Support, is a must.

 

Work Hours and Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (9 pm to 5 am PH Time)

 

Compensation: $900.00 to $1,300.00 USD per month (dependent on experience); 13th month benefits included

 

Portfolio Requirement:

All applicants must submit a portfolio of previous work experience that includes listings created and managed.
