ABOUT THE ROLE:

With our continued growth, we are looking to add an expert-level project manager with vast knowledge and experience working in Amazon Seller Central. The candidate would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Amazon storefront, helping evaluate and bring in new select products to sell, writing listings, and managing graphic design.

 

What you will do:

  • Creating and editing product listings, with effective copywriting that incorporates keywords for search optimization and sales conversion utilizing Data Dive software.
  • Working with Flat Files in Seller Central revising and adding ASINs.
  • Working with graphic designers to create compelling images.
  • Maintaining a high level of seller performance and good account management
  • Creating cases in Seller Central, and effectively managing them to resolution
  • Preparing Shipments within Seller Central
  • Evaluating new brands and products within our system to grow our business and expand our market presence.
  • Communicate with senior staff and managers at companies we work with as well as prospective brands we would like to work with.
  • General Customer Service: communicating with buyer questions within Seller Central.
  • Analyzing business reports
  • Some basic monthly bookkeeping reporting of Amazon-related expenses and international sales/COGS
  • Inventory management: ensuring inventories in the correct amount to manage and place orders at just the right time.

 

What you need to have:

  • Strong common sense is essential in our team, ensuring that we make sound decisions and avoid unnecessary pitfalls in our product promotions, marketing strategies, and all basic tasks.
  • Impeccable Fluent English speaking…Excellent communication skills…strong accurate grammar
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Amazon Seller Central. Candidates that do not have working experience in Amazon Seller Central will not be considered.
  • Working hours are flexible but will require you to be able to work a few hours a day sometime between 9 am-7 pm USA Central time to communicate with USA management.
  • Must have the proven ability and knowledge to improve existing listings rank.
  • A good sense of design principles and aesthetics and an awareness of the latest industry trends
  • Must be a fast efficient worker and complete projects quickly.
  • Good understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service/policies and their fluidity.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to effectively manage your time each day to prioritize tasks independently to maximize growth and efficiency.
  • Must have a very good feel for marketing, writing/editing ad copy for the USA marketplace.
  • Must have a general knowledge and feel of how to maintain and ultimately help grow creatively in an entrepreneurial business environment.
  • Must be able to problem-solve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Google Drive
  • A 4-year college degree is a plus but not necessary
  • Experience working with Data Dive software is a huge plus
  • Seller System/Inner Circle training is a big plus
  • Experience working with AI programs such as Chat GPT and Mid Journey is a plus
