Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with certification in QuickBooks and Xero to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping and accounting software.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.

Certification in QuickBooks and Xero is required.

With experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
