– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.

– Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including ad buying and performance optimization.

– Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Associates.

– Analyze client data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

– Strong marketing and ad-buying experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

– Previous experience leading and managing a team is essential.

– Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.

– Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

– Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

The hourly rate for this position is $7/hr, but it is negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.
