We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Cold Caller / Sales Representative to contact and convert incoming leads into property buyers for real estate developments in Nigeria and Houston.
The Real Estate Cold Caller / Sales Representative will engage potential investors and home buyers, present property opportunities, and guide them through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Follow-Up
- Contact leads generated by the marketing and lead generation team
- Conduct outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-up
2. Lead Qualification
- Identify buyer intent by gathering key information such as:
- Investment budget
- Preferred property location
- Purchase timeline
3. Property Presentation
- Present property opportunities clearly and confidently
- Explain details including:
Location
Pricing
Investment benefits
Payment plans
- Share brochures, videos, and other relevant materials with prospects
4. Appointment Setting
- Schedule consultations or property presentations for serious buyers
- Coordinate meeting availability with internal teams
5. Closing Sales
- Guide prospects through the purchasing process
- Address objections and support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transactions
6. CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
- Keep lead status updated and organized
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
- Familiarity with real estate or investment discussions is a plus
- Ability to engage both local and international (diaspora) clients
- Detail-oriented and organized with CRM usage
