– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
– Proficiency in using BRIVITY or similar CRM systems and demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
– Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
– Availability to work during regular business hours and adapt to different time zones if required.
WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday, 8-5PM EST
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $6-$8/hr based on experience
