POSITION: CONFIRMATION MANAGER

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
HOURS: Monday – Saturday 12:00 – 6:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
COMPENSATION: $8/ hour
Skills Required
  • MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience in a customer service call center environment (Dispatching company, travel assistance, delivery/transportation account)
  • Being SME, Trainer or Team Leader is a BIG plus.
  • This is not a typical Manager role where you will handle a team, you need to take outbound/inbound calls. The additional responsibilities are: You will provide feedback in the scripting, listen to calls, and collaborate with the client.
Job Description
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage geography/routing of set appointments
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, manage text and emails.
  • Manage sales team schedules
