We are a small team of marketing experts that are currently servicing around 70+ clients on a monthly basis. We assist them with anything from website updates to fractional CMO services, where we step in as the entire marketing department for a growing business.

Our agency is growing rapidly. At this stage, we are looking for superstar team members who are comfortable wearing multiple hats and willing to go above and beyond their expected duties to help advance the business. Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The Role:

An Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in driving business growth by initiating and managing communication with potential clients or customers. The primary responsibility of the Appointment Setter is to schedule appointments and meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives. This role requires effective communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and set up appointments for sales representatives.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential clients and sales representatives, ensuring alignment with both parties’ availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and relevant information in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads, address any questions or concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand product offerings, target market, and sales strategies to effectively communicate and schedule appointments.
  • Initiate direct messages to engage potential clients, introducing products or services and qualifying leads.
  • Customize messages to align with the preferences and roles of the recipients.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience – at least 1 year of experience as an appointment setter.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey the company’s message and engage potential clients.
  • Clear and professional phone etiquette is crucial.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions with potential clients and team members.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and the company’s products or services.
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and how appointment setting contributes to the overall sales strategy.

 

Work FULL TIME: 9am-5pm CST | Mon – Fri
