Role Overview: As a Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce our services, and set appointments for our sales team. This role offers flexibility as you’ll work remotely, while contributing directly to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided leads
 Introduce our company’s services and value proposition
 Qualify potential clients and identify their needs
 Schedule appointments for our sales team
 Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
Requirements:
 Excellent verbal communication skills
 Strong organizational and time management abilities
 Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
 Proficiency in using CRM software (training provided if necessary)
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
