CRO Account Manager

We’re looking for a CRO Account Manager to own client relationships and lead delivery for CRO and web projects across ambitious eCommerce and Shopify brands. This is a hands-on role focused on driving outcomes, setting direction, removing blockers, and keeping projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Leadership

  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts.

  • Lead structured client calls with clear outcomes.

  • Translate business goals into CRO strategies and roadmaps.

  • Manage expectations, risks, and priorities while building long-term trust.

2. Delivery & Execution

  • Manage project delivery in ClickUp (scoping, timelines, priorities).

  • Write clear briefs for designers and developers.

  • QA design and development to ensure quality and CRO alignment.

  • Keep work organised, on schedule, and within scope.

3. CRO Strategy

  • Run CRO audits and turn insights into clear priorities.

  • Build roadmaps and plan experiments to improve CVR, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance.

  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with client goals.

4. Pod Leadership

  • Lead designers and developers.

  • Set standards, maintain accountability, and keep teams aligned.

  • Improve systems and processes as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in eCommerce, websites, or Shopify.

  • 2+ years in CRO.

  • 2+ years in account management (agency or similar).

  • Experience working with designers and developers.

  • Strong understanding of CVR, AOV, LTV, funnels, and experimentation.

  • Confident managing client relationships.

  • Strong briefing and QA skills.
