Job Title: Database Admin/SEO Virtual Assistant

Overview: The Oldfather Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Database Admin/SEO Virtual Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of managing a database with supporting the company’s SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of leads in our database while also contributing to search engine optimization strategies that enhance our online presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

  • Ensure timely and effective contact of all leads within 24 hours of entry into the database.
  • Oversee the entire lead lifecycle, from introduction to conversion, collaborating with agents to optimize this process.
  • Monitor and guide agent activities to ensure adherence to company protocols and objectives.
  • Evaluate and document lead interactions and agent annotations within the database.
  • Maintain high-performance metrics for referral collaborators, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Lead the execution of CRM strategies and train agents on effective usage.
  • Assist in designing Smart Plans for optimal client engagement and conduct regular meetings with agents to ensure their goals are met.

 

SEO Virtual Assistant:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for content optimization.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and stay informed of industry trends.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including optimization of meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and content.
  • Collaborate with content creators to naturally integrate targeted keywords and optimize readability.
  • Assist in developing and executing link-building strategies to increase website authority.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor site speed, and mobile responsiveness, and optimize for search engine crawling.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track KPIs and provide regular reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimization efforts are in line with industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in database management and SEO, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and ranking factors.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Superior communication and leadership skills with demonstrated tech proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • Mastery of time management, organization, and data reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web development is a plus.
  • Real estate experience is advantageous but not required.

 

Salary: Salary starting at $5/hour, and commensurate with experience
