• Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a CS Manager for ECommerce Product
  • With an excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Has a proven track record of process improvement and writing SOPs (Six Sigma Level or Project Management is a plus)
  • Expertise in using Gorgias or Zendesk is a must
  • Has a flexibility to work with customer support working 24/7


Salary: $1800 to $2000 Monthly

With Paid Leaves and Yearly Appraisal
