Tasks:

• KOL project management: Communicate and maintain good relationships with KOL / Source KOLS or Reviewers on multiple platforms.
• Translate content/reviews from your local language to English and small tasks related to Review Marketing
• Manage online store on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via the chatbox.
• Maintain accurate records and documents of all customer service activities and discussions.

Requirement

• Great communication in English (writing)
• Good data managing skill
• Fast Learner, great attitude
• Have own laptop to work from home
• Working From Monday – Friday (9.00 am – 6.00 pm bkk time)
• Remotely working
