Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and targets key customer segments.

 

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising (PPC).

 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mail chimp, social media platforms and adjust strategies based on data insights.

 

  • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles, ensuring timely and relevant content to engage followers and boost brand visibility.

 

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media graphics, videos, and landing pages.

 

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

 

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for digital marketing growth.

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

 

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of marketing materials, ensuring all assets are easily accessible for the

 

Day to Day activities include

 

  • Update website content on Wordpress

 

  • Testimonial videos

 

  • Blogs using ChatGPT

 

  • Weekly Email Campaigns, Email Drip campaigns

 

  • Webinars – Monthly

 

  • Design and take care of social media posts

 

  • Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics

 

  • Social Media – Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok

 

Need to be comfortable with the following tools and other Digital Marketing Tools

  • Canva

 

  • Mail Chimp

 

  • Google Analytics

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or relevant certifications;

 

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.

 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.

 

  • Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience in deriving actionable insights from data.

 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
