Job Description: We are seeking an experienced eBay expert to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eBay’s platform, including listing creation, account management, and sales optimization strategies. Experience with Amazon and Shopify is a plus, as you will also assist in managing these channels to maximize our multi-platform presence.

 

Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of our eBay store, including listing creation, product descriptions, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

– Optimize listings to increase sales and visibility through SEO best practices and market trends.

– Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.

– Handle customer inquiries, refunds, shipping, and resolve any shipping issues promptly and professionally.

– Provide excellent customer support, ensuring a positive buying experience.

– Assist with the management of our Amazon and Shopify stores, including product listings, promotions, and inventory coordination.

– Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and campaigns.

 

Requirements:

– Proven experience managing an eBay store with a track record of successful sales.

– Knowledge of eBay’s algorithms, listing best practices, and account management.

– Experience with Amazon and Shopify platforms is highly preferred.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
