Role: The Event Marketing Assistant role is to assist the Director of Communications in the management and follow-through of all events, podcasts, summits, and other PR and communications-related items.
1. The role involves assisting with planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing activities for the successful completion of scheduled events where FDN is a vendor/sponsor.
2. Engages in all aspects of event planning and execution including:
Research events in the functional health space and present findings, ROI and cost to the manager.
3. Submit applications for events and follow-up.
4. Using Asana dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized.
5. Responsibilities include creating event timelines; ensuring deliverables are met on time, booking FDN President or representative as a speaker/guest; ensuring materials are prepared for presentations or workshops.
6. Build and cultivate relationships internally and externally where appropriate, and act as an organizational ambassador.
7. Works with a high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels.
8. Ensure volunteers and staff are secured for the meeting, and information is sent out to the team with information about the event, FAQs, work instructions, and schedules.
Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8am-4pm PST / 12 am – 8 am PHT
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000
