Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage communication with internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
