About Us: At Snappy Home Buyer, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to real estate investment. We’re searching for an Experienced Cold Caller with Real Estate Experience who can follow a script.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, investors, and potential clients.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospects by showcasing your real estate expertise.
• Qualify leads based on property criteria and client preferences.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets related to lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cold caller, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
