Role: French-Speaking Customer Service Agent with Sales Skills

Location: Home-based

Responsibilities:

– Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

– Provide information about products, services, and policies

– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

– Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products or services

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

– Fluent in French (both spoken and written)

– Excellent communication skills in English

– Previous customer service and sales experience preferred

– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
