Full time Assistant Accountant

Destec Pty Ltd Australia is looking for an experienced accountant (home-based)

📍Responsibilities:
• End of month procedures and General Ledger reconciliations
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements.
• Provide commentary on KPI variances for capex and operating performance
• Preparation and reporting of statutory obligations, including, BAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation
• Cashflow management
• Job Cost management and reporting
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Liaise with external Accounting and Tax Auditors

📍Experience
• A minimum 5yrs + professional experience in an accounting role
• High level of computer literacy including, Microsoft office, STEMS,
and MYOB software packages or similar
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Have strong current payroll processing experience (or willing to learn), using multiple industrial awards, covering 200 + employees
• High attention to detail

📍Ideal Requirements
• Current National Police Clearance
• First Aid Certificate
• CPA

Rate: 8/hour Australian Dollar (295 pesos per hour)

8-5pm work sched, monday to friday
