Job Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for Accounting to manage our day-to-day accounting tasks related to our corporate housing business. The ideal candidate will be familiar with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and possess strong accounting skills. The VA will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks as assigned. Additionally, the VA will support our corporate housing team with Airbnb and direct corporate bookings.
Responsibilities:-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable related to our corporate housing business
-Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records for our corporate housing team
-Prepare financial statements and reports related to our corporate housing business
-Monitor and manage cash flow, banking, bonding, and financial forecasting for our corporate housing business
-Prepare budgets and assist with financial planning for our corporate housing business
-Prepare and send invoices to clients for corporate housing bookings
-Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions related to our corporate housing business
-Support our corporate housing team with Airbnb and direct corporate bookings, including responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments
-Communicate with team. Upgrade to see actual infombers, clients, and vendors regarding accounting tasks and corporate housing bookings
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QBO for our corporate housing business
-Identify and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues related to our corporate housing business
-Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations related to our corporate housing business

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: 9AM-5PM CST / 10PM – 6AM PH Time ( M-F)
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $5-$8 CAD/hour
