QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in inside sales and appointment setting
    • Experience in calling and qualifying leads
    • Experience in setting appointments with potential clients
    • Experience in working with a CRM system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients
    • Ability to handle objections and book appointments
  • Proven ability to set appointments
    • Ability to consistently meet or exceed appointment setting goals
    • Ability to book appoinments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong organizational skill
    • Ability to organize leads from the CRM and distribute leads to the appropriate real estate agents
    • Ability to maintain accurate records of all leads and appointments
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM
    • Ability to use a CRM system to track leads, appointments, and deals
    • Ability to use a CRM system to generate reports and track performance

RATE & SALARY RANGE:

  • Starting salary of $6/hour
  • Bonuses for achieving sales targets
