We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, or other means to generate leads and sales opportunities for our products or services. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and identifying new sales prospects.
  • Conduct outbound emails and LinkedIn reach out to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely response to customer inquiries
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all leads are effectively pursued and opportunities are maximized
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Proven experience as an outbound specialist, telemarketer, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and the sales process
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Must be willing to work US business hours (details will be provided and may still change)
Job type: Full-time remote
Work Hours and Schedule: US hours (40 hours/week)
Estimated salary budget: P45,000-55,000/month (depending on your application and work experience)
