Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming customer inquiries through email, live chat, and video calls, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Generate and nurture leads, using effective communication skills to move potential customers through the sales funnel.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and a unified approach to customer service.
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team and company goals.
6. Continuously improve sales skills and stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market competition.
7. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
1. Has a solid background in sales.
2. EXCEPTIONAL VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS (Neutral or close to North American accent), with the ability to communicate effectively via email, live chat, and video calls.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
7. Willing to work 40 hours/week in Atlantic Time Zone (UTC−03:00).
