What you’ll do:
- You will work on launching, supporting, and scaling our growth opportunities with our Senior Growth Associate.
- Projects may change from month to month or quarter to quarter but will include:
- Launching and scaling leads:
- Retail
- Doctors
- Coaches
- Professional Athletes and teams
- Clubs & event seeding
- Content creators
- Plus expanding growth opportunities in new verticals
- Ownership of the above targets will include:
- Growth opportunities – lead generation & pipeline management
- Sourcing
- Opportunity vetting & underwriting
- Cold/warm outreach
- Setting up intro calls and or taking initial intro calls
- Calendar Management
- Routing opportunity to channel leads:
- Content lead
- Retail lead
- Institutional lead
- Partnership lead
- Coordinating sampling
- Situational negotiations & closing
- Growth opportunities – relationship management
- CRM maintenance
- Product sponsorship coordination
- Tracking and auditing performance
- Renewal proposals
- Event product support
- Birthday & special occasion gifting
- Growth opportunities – lead generation & pipeline management
- Initial Project: Retail Sales Lead Generation Associate
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new retail partners
- Research companies to create strategic communication plans and draft cold outreach to prospective customers for review
- Outreach via email, sms, and phone
- Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
- Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
- Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner
- Other Growth and lead generation-related tasks
- Launching and scaling leads:

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2-5 years of Lead Generation/ Growth Marketing experience
- Incredibly organized, detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while using discretion
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence others
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or GSuite equivalents
- Ability to anticipate the needs of senior management and to proactively solve problems efficiently
- High energy, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm Pacific Time **Subject to change +/- ~3 hours, mutually agreed by you and your manager.
