As a Lead Generation Specialist, your mission is to answer inbound calls, captivating potential leads, and converting them into valuable sales opportunities. Successful applicants may have the chance to advance to non-voice qualifying positions or our esteemed Quality Control team.

  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of lead generation experience.
    • Sales and call center experience are highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills, adept at rebuttal, quick thinking, and displaying enduring patience with mineral owners.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, adept at navigating challenging situations and effectively articulating responses.
    • Display engaging conversational skills, empathy, and the ability to adapt sales approaches as needed.
    • Possess exceptional written and oral communication abilities with a neutral American English accent.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Aptitude:
    • Proven ability to design and implement effective call qualification processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently with common sense.
  • Attention to Precision:
    • Strong attention to detail in monitoring call adherence and deal tracking.
    • Capable multitasking abilities with a focus on precision.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, and familiarity with various lead-generation tools.
  • Efficient Management Skills:
    • Expertise in workforce management, scheduling, and effective time management.
