IMMEDIATE HIRING:

Job Title: Link Building Specialist (SEO)

Job Type: Full-time contract

Location: Remote

Reports to: Shared Services and Support Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday, must be available during EST hours and/or shifting hours as our team is under multiple time zones

Our company, a simple design tool for business communication is currently expanding by building new products to cater to different market segments. We have an established process for obtaining links to our design and business-focused blog posts and landing pages. We need (1) highly-organized Link Building Specialist to help prospect opportunities, create outreach email sequences and help convert replies into links (and ongoing partnerships, if possible).

 

Job Description:

• Work with the Outreach and Market Expansion teams to research contacts and websites
• Do cold outreach, build link partnerships and experiment with tactics like broken link building.
• Import and organize outreach lists within our systems
• Perform and track outreach through email and social media where appropriate.
• Reports successes, progress and opportunities.
• Coordinate with remote guest posting team as needed.
• Collaborate with Support, SEO, Marketing, Engineering and Product teams as needed

 

You Are:

• Experienced. You have at least 2 years of link building experience, ideally for a SaaS company.
• Comfortable with a CRM like Buzzstream as well as Google Workspace.
• Have excellent communication skills and great at building new relationships.
• Have native or near-native fluency in English with excellent written English.
• Highly organized with attention to detail. 
• Can multitask and you work quickly and efficiently. An independent worker but you also take direction well.
• Passionate about SEO and enjoy learning about the latest trends and tactics.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace: Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar.
• Can work independently and problem solve efficiently. Asks good questions but can also be trained up quickly and own the role without continual oversight.

 

Compensation and Benefits

• Total Compensation of $1300/month USD

— Base rate of $900 monthly USD

— On Target Earnings (OTE) of $300/month for successful metrics attainment

— Additional Tech allowance of $100/month (USD) upon successful probation

Other details:

3 months probationary period and 1 year contract renewable yearly depending on performance and business need
