WE’RE HIRING MARKETING COORDINATOR ($6-$10/HR)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, such as email management, data entry, calendar scheduling, and preparing reports. Proficiency with Windows machines and newer computers with at least 8MB of RAM is required for efficient task completion.
2. Project Coordination: Work closely with our Marketing Manager to organize and execute larger marketing projects. Anticipate project needs, plan in advance, and ensure smooth project flow from inception to completion.
4. Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for this role. You will be interacting with team members, clients, and external partners, representing our company professionally and effectively.
5. ClickUp Experience: Familiarity with the project management tool ClickUp is helpful for coordinating tasks and tracking progress.
6. Availability and Attendance: Consistent availability during US hours is required to collaborate effectively with our US-based team. Punctuality and reliable attendance are crucial, with no frequent absences or unexplained missed hours.
7. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. The ability to follow through on tasks and maintain a well-structured workflow is vital.
8. English Proficiency: A good command of the English language is necessary for effective communication, both written and verbal. The candidate should be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently.
9. Results-Oriented: We are looking for a go-getter with a strong drive to achieve marketing goals and deliver tangible results.
10. Technical Background: A solid understanding of technical aspects, such as WordPress, email servers, and other relevant tools, is beneficial for troubleshooting and assisting with technical marketing tasks.
11. Personality: This role requires an extroverted personality, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders and contributing actively to marketing initiatives.
