ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing and prospecting efforts of Digital Seattle. They must leverage their skill and familiarity with various marketing platforms and tools including social media, email, websites, and more in order to drive traffic and generate new revenue for the company. As marketing is their passion, he/she maintains an active awareness of the various trends and methods available, and looks to employ the latest in effective marketing techniques. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator must be upbeat, considers her/himself to be a creative thinker, a self-proclaimed “perfectionist” with high attention to detail, computer savvy, and one who welcomes constructive feedback as a tool for growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provide support to marketing department
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns
• List scrubbing/cleaning contacts for campaigns
• Maintain CRM
• Mail marketing materials weekly
• Assist with social media and website content
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and sales teams on marketing strategy
• Create reports on marketing performance
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
• Organize and manage marketing collateral
• Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Previous working experience as Marketing & Sales Coordinator for 1 year
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with marketing software (CRM)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus

Work Hours and Schedule: MONDAY to FRIDAY PACIFIC Standard TIME
